I am now in an 8 month setback (was getting much much better since 1 month ago) , I'm 3 years out using benzo. 

2 days ago got gastritis so only took 1 pill of dompiderone (motillium) almost within minutes I felt down and irritable (although I have irritability and anxiety all along my setback) , searched and found that dompiderone has its own issues . 

Can taking only one pill spiral me back to the dark hole of setback after really feeling that I was getting better?? Or is it my anxiety over my anxiety? 

Help.
