New method back tapering my 8 mg V

I carried on with my taper this week,.my 8 mg Valium is split in 3 every 8 hour,.8am 2.5mg,.4pm,.2.5 mg,.12pm 3mg

After my long hold of 2 month I’ve a 16 week plan at half a mg a week,.usually I would of knocked the 0.5 mg or 1mg in 1 go

this time I’m taking 0.1 of every dose 3 times a week,.works out at 0.9 that’s half a mg,.cutting after every2nd day with a days rest on the Sunday 

I’m on the 3rd drop this week tomorrow,.I’ll keep posting about this method and see if it’s less brutal than the usual once weekly drop
