Is it easy to move the timing of your dose of benzo?

Hello - 

For years I’ve taken klonopin only at night.  Current dose 0.75.  This past year I’ve had a number of setbacks and have a very sensistive CNS (Central Nervous System).  I have had trouble stabilizing since June.  Main complaint no appetite and physical anxiety that happens the second half of the day.  I’m getting worn out and I’m close to splitting my dose and giving klonopin mid day a try.  It typically makes me very tired so I was hoping to be able to take it and nap.  If I try for four days and I don’t like it - is it super disrupting and awful to move it back to all at night?  Any advice appreciated.
