Lost with what to do. Ativan

I've been using Ativan daily for approximately 5 weeks. I've been jumping up and down with doses because it says take one as needed for panic and the doctors' orders. I started at .5 for about a week or so, then 1 MG. and have taken up to 2mg a day because of anxiety. I'm literally jumping all over the place because I have no idea how to dose, and I feel like absolute hell. I literally can't eat or sleep and have no idea how to taper, and I'm also horrified of withdrawal symptoms since I believe I'm experiencing them now with all the up and down jumps. I was throwing up liquid this morning, and I don't want to leave my bed.. I also have been on paxil for 2 weeks at 10mg because the nurse practitioner wanted me on that before I stopped taking the Ativan. She wanted the SSRI to kick in. Please help as I want off of this Ativan immediately, and I don't know how to do this. Im so anxious and severely depressed because I have no answers. I also can barely function due to lack of sleep. Currently I'm taking 1 MG in the morning and a .5 at some random hour of the night because I wake up sweating in panick and Nauseated

The other thread is fine. Wasn't sure which one to post in since I was in a panick. Also please read this post as well. I went into a bit more detail.  Thank you so so much.
