6 weeks of benzos

Going into my 6th week has been quite difficult had a rough couple of days and today wasn't to bad to start with, except for the weather it's been very warm and muggy over in the UK which doesn't help had a few WD on and off through the day but come 7pm or after palpitations and burning then a bit of anxiety sweats, and feeling of heaviness is mainly there, but the sickness has subsided today that's a blessing and that headache for a while

Hi @hel in UK also. Well done on 6 weeks. Been lucky had support from mental health team too., am 90 days today off benzos.

Yeah warm doesn't help lol, but stay strong. Enjoyed a window,  been out today lol. Considering how agoraphobic was it a miracle.
