Can someone let me know what section of the Ashton Manual covers supplements and medications to avoid? I've looked through the Ashton Manual twice and I'm just not finding it. Thanks in advance!

Hello @[vo...], please see the Ashton manual "Extra medications during benzodiazepine withdrawal" and "Diets, fluids and excercise". (Link). 

The other important source is the website of the Benzodiazepine Information Coalition - "Medications And Supplements Of Concern"  (Link).
