Eat not to feel sick

The nausea has been bad the last couple of days I almost threw up last night while in bed it settles for awhile, if I eat natural yogurt a couple of spoons to coat my stomach before the other WD symptoms kick in headache, burning, jerking, tremors, etc. But they subside I am coping despite this I have lost weight its not a nice feeling and I hope it lessens over the next week or so it's like morning sickness all over again 🤢

Have you tried ginger root tea? That helped me a lot when I was suffering severe nausea and rapidly losing weight.
