Can't eat

During my acute I had a restricted diet because I had glutamate response to food: allergic swelling, migraines, feeling unwell after eating certain foods (mostly processed, fermented, or high glutamate, like bone broth).

Now I have dysautonomia after eating: very high heart rate, high blood pressure, panic, weak and/or spasming muscles, esophagus spasms that are so strong I feel like the food is in my throat and I'm afraid it can choke me, breathing gets uncoordinated (my breathing muscles are week, wind pipe is numb, so I can't feel if I'm breathing in air or not).

I eat tiny meals (sometimes 1 bite at a time). I am mostly too wired up to feel hungry but sometimes I do but can't eat enough. I've already lost weight.

I cook almost everything from scratch, my diet is pretty healthy normally, so I don't think it's the food I eat, it's the act of eating that causes all of that.

Is it normal/typical for PAWS?
