Hi,

It's been a hell of a ride, never want to forget the insanity, and crisis points.

But living in hope:

Been out with my agoraphobia and social anxiety 3 times this week,alternative days.

Monday nature walk 🚶‍♂️ ✨️ 

Wednesday trip with husband to nearest other town, and charity shopping 😆 

Today went to my favourite, quiet agoraphobia shop, to buy essentials.

Then pushed my self around front, and sat on bench. (Big communal patk) was quiet.

Cleaned bench, pick up litter had a little walk, more litter and mindfulness. Faced the bridge, observed, no more jumping off points, jumped off diazepam 30th April 2024!!!!!
