Does healing still take place while you are suffering from a severe acute like setback?

Does a bad wave indicate deeper healing?

 

Will the overall baseline be improved after a setback?

 

I just try to maintain hope ... because I am so much in this doom and gloom thing... I already felt so close to healing a couple of months ago. Now I feel so far from it! Symptoms are so brutal sometimes.  80 %Bedridden again and no conentration throughout the day. No restorative sleep in 16 months at all! Bouts of extreme Depersonalisation sometimes
