Hey all , I’m having a new symptom that’s spooking me and wondering if anyone else has had it:  It’s in my chest but very much an emotional response..kind of like I have no defenses and the littlest upset causes an overwhelming pang in my chest. Is this familiar to anyone?  I know it’s a form of dysregulation.  Thanks.
