Severe depersonalisation?

Hi buddies!

The derealisation I sometimes had turned into an even more nasty 24/7 depersonalisation since I got off methylphenidate and Propanolol just recently (that caused a severe Setback! I am 15 and a half months off of Klonopin)

 

I don't recognize myself in the mirror and in videos anymore! I feel totally foreign to myself! As if I looked different, not like I used to and as if I would not be me anymore! Just as if I completely lost myself! It's very scary and a very very bad feeling that really tortures me right now!! As if that wasn't enough I have absolutely no access to my emotions! I don't really have any at the moment! 

 

Anyone else had that? Not recognizing yourself by looks and this emotionlessness? Distorted self-perception?! Is this depersonalisation?

Same boat. Its horrible i know. It really doesnt feel real. Almost like were in a simulation.

Like you are in an alternate universe? Yep.

It’s dreadful. But it will lift-maybe tomorrow 🤞
