Big Wave at 6 months

Recommended Posts

I was 50% better for 1-2 weeks after 5 months of pure Withdrawal. Since a couple of days i hit the 6th month mark and got hit by a massive Wave it nearly feels like the beginnend of the Withdrawal. Has anyone had the same experiences?

Hello @[Pa...],

Unfortunately, what you are feeling is pretty common. I know it doesn’t make it any easier or help the symptoms go away. Often it’s one step forward and two steps back. My symptoms intensified at 4 months off bringing along a couple of new symptoms.

The fact you had a couple of good weeks is a positive. It means healing is happening. There is no way to predict how long waves last, they have their own path.

Have you taken any news meds or supplements that might have contributed to how you feel?

I think you will get back to your baseline and I hope it happens soon. For now, try to accept it and be patient.
