Few days to 24 months and I'm worse than ever

24 months benzo free is approaching and my life feels like ending. I have lost the desire to live or exist. 

Major symptoms:

Anhedonia and fragile brain

Moderate symptoms:

Chest pain and difficulty breathing

Disturbed and little sleep

Mild symptoms:

Nausea

Poor appetite

 

If my major symptom goes away I'll be very happy. But it has not decreased since 2 years after 15 months taper.

Just know you are not alone. I am 19 months off and have a ton of very strong symptoms that are always with me. I have no good advice but to keep moving forward and accept for the time being as much as possible. Distraction too where you can.
