Im at 0.049 mg Ativan. The last 2 weeks I’ve had bad insomnia (kind of improved), massive hair loss, irritability x a million and now just started my cycle and I feel like I’m in acute again with severe bodily stress, high cortisol, panic and suicidal depression which I was getting with my menstrual cycle before I stabilized last 6 months despite tapering. The dose is SO low but I still feel it for like an hour after I take it. Should I hold, jump or keep tapering?
