Taper 3mg Valium plan

Right I'm on day 4 of my water taper and having bad toilet issues. By toilet issues I mean I've been 7 times today which is not normal for me. All started after my first dose this morning. Is this a side effect of water tapering because I've never had this taking the tablets.

It is more likely a side effect of anxiety.  Whenever you make a change, benzo victims like us see that change as a threat and our anxiety goes overboard.  Anxiety shows up very differently for people.  I have insomnia from it.  Also headaches.  Some have chest pains.  Many people have GI issues.  Give it a month and see if it calms down.  Try to use YouTube meditations to address anxiety even if you do not "feel" anxious.
