Physical euphoria?

Does anyone have what feels like physical feelings of euphoria in their body? I tried to search here and on the web and can't find anything like what I feel in my body. I can't even describe it any other way than a euphoric feeling that feels physical, not mental.

Yes absolutely. I know what you mean. It feels like I just did cocaine or something,.. I have had many times where I have extreme akathisia and then it will drastically swing to that euphoria feeling,.. it feels like the opposite of what you feel in akathisia I think,... I'd bet it has something to do with dopamine. It's honestly a disgusting feeling,.. altho I'd rather have it than akathisia.
