@[in...], yes, i do. It's the only significant symptom left of mine and it developed due to benzo tolerance long before i started tapering.

Sorry if my reply made you worried. I didn't mean it. The point is it's normal and must subside over time even for me. I'm positive you won't have  this pain that long.

At the very start of day 89.

So I've slept for 4 hours-ish during the last 24h... It's 02:30 in the night and I can't catch a break... Help? 89 days out.

You're running on fumes @[in...], that's not much sleep.  I used to fantasize about going to the hospital and having them put me in a medically induced coma but then I saw on the news how they have to care for patients in that condition, not good but it was a nice fantasy anyway.

@[Pa...] So I finally managed to get about 4-5 hours of shut-eye last night. It's not perfect but it's better than nothing, right? How about yourself? Did you get any sleep?

Day 89.

As it turns out I've started getting panic attacks during daytime. I'm so obsessed with the thought of "I want to feel good once withdrawal is over". When a new day starts and I realize I'm still in it I get panicky and sad. What can I do? Thanks!

3 months off Clonazepam today!!

So I must've slept for about 6+ hours last night, and that's alright! I just got home from swimming, and that's alright too 😅 I hope you all are having a great day!

I need lunch... 💯🙏😃 Out....

I have this massive anxiety attack going right now. I think it's because I was expecting to be somewhat "ok" after three months. Obviously I knew nothing special would happen today, but around the 3 month mark...  I'll just have to stay patient I guess... *big sigh*....

So I woke up after about 5 hours of sleep... I woke up feeling so stressed out! Sweat was pouring and I had to rush to the bathroom even though I couldn't go because I'm too tensed... I don't know what to do about this anymore... I mean I'm 3 months out. My body can't take this feeling of stress forever right? I'm scared to be honest.... Really scared....

The stress is getting worse when having bad sleep for sure.. it's something chemical going on.. brain gets in super wide awake mode believing you are soldier at the frontline.

The brain works in mysterious/stupid ways sometimes.

Take care buddy.

Yeah after a couple of days you start to see things and feel crazy. I once went about 5 days and felt out of my mind. Full halucinations. Talking to people who weren't there etc. That was a long time ago though before benzos. Different story:LOL:

I cant live a normal life at all at the moment. I'm to busy pacing around out of my mind or lying on my bed exausted and generally seriously mentaly ill. it's beyond words what this crap can do to people. I can't beleive it's real sometimes. A normal life seems far away.
