Nationwide Recall: Par Clonazepam ODTs Lot 550147301

Are you taking Par Clonazepam Orally Disintegrating Tablets (ODTs), 0.125mg or 0.25mg?

There is a printing error on some cartons of Par clonazepam ODTs.

The product strength indicated on the cartons is incorrect.  It is labeled as 0.125mg when it should be 0.25mg.

The product strength on the blister strips contained inside the cartons is correct.

The Product Lot Number is 550147301.

If you or someone you know is using clonazepam Orally Disintegrating Tablets (ODTs) manufactured by Par*, check the Lot Number and Strength on the blister pack to make sure the ODTs are the correct strength.
