Do I have to take my am dose 3x's a day?

Hi BB,

 

I am currently weaning off my am dose and am currently @ .15.  I usually take three .05 capsules in the morning (compounded).  One of our BB suggested that I begin to take one .15 three times a day to avoid inter-dose WDs.

 

Is this the way I should proceed.

If you were at .5mg rather than .05mg/day, it might be worth a try to split the doses into 2x.day but I don't really see much advantage of doing so on such a low dose.  You could, of course, try it since you already have the dose divided into 3 capsules and see if it helps.  With benzos, it's hard to know ahead of time about anything.
