Hi everyone

I am now 8 months into tapering off the klonopin and developing the strangest withdrawal symptoms.
Every morning when I get up, I have a cramped feeling in my stomach, as if I did heavy abdominal exercises in my sleep. And no I don't have that lol🤭 It is at the level of the stomach and diaphragm. It normally goes away but the last few days it just stays all day. It is an annoying feeling and it hurts. In the process, I also have a kind of rut on the left side. It's the same when you have a cold and you have a rash on your chest. Only now it is on the left side under my rib.
It has nothing to do with my bowels. Does anyone recognize this? It makes me very insecure.
