Hello all!

I have begun my taper from .75mg x.

I have replaced daily doses 1&3 with 4 mg V as prescribed for a total of 8 mg daily for now.

Remaining is the "middle" daily dose #2 which is .25mg x.

Been doing this for a few days. I feel pretty bad shortly after taking v, but feel better when I take the x dose. Am I dropping too much of the x at once? Does anyone here have experience or any advice as to when to drop the Xanax out of the equation completely?

I know everyone is different,but just looking for some opinions.
