There is a book if you own a iPhone you can purchase an audio, it’s called how to quit without feeling like s***. I highly recommend, it explains everything going on with your dopamine levels, why we are feeling the way we are. And what we can do to help. Amino acids etc highly reccomend

Audiobooks I've really got into. Podcasts too. I've got the local library app on phone. I can't think what I'm into.

Self help has been good.
