so I just had to write and say that after possibly the worst day I ever had in withdrawal yesterday, and I’m talking 7 1/2 years of withdrawal, today I have had a window with no depression or anxiety for the last four hours. I realize tomorrow could be crushing again, but I had to write this just as a message of hope for people who feel like it’s unbearable and they can’t keep going… Because that’s how I’ve been feeling for weeks or months now. There really is hope folks. Happy to finally have something good to say.  ❤️🙏💕
