Walking feels strange

I noticed tonight as I got up to walk to the toilet the floor felt strange under my feet like I sunk in to it a bit more and my head feels heavy maybe it is because I am tired

I had the same sensation walking outdoor, mostly on asphalt. Exactly as if my feet sank into it more and more. I consider it as dizziness. For me it lasted for up to 5 minutes every now and then. Not sure whether it was caused be benzo or antidepressant wd. Felt extremely weird.
