4 weeks of benzos

Managed to get up and sit at the back door to get some fresh air for ten minutes and change my clothes with help from my partner, I felt so weak I have eaten a bit more today and drank a smoothie so I feel a bit better even thou I still have symptoms they aren't as bad as yesterday it gives me time to relax abit

@[Cr...]thank you it wasn't as bad this afternoon I'm taking it slowly as you said one step at a time pushing through the symptoms trying to eat and relax as much as I possibly can and move when I can

@[En...]I rang my daughter and talked for about 2hrs on the phone it helped she is very understanding and Hope's I don't have to suffer longer than I have to but, nobody really knows it's up to the body to heal just got to help yourself by doing what you can
