39 MONTHS WITHOUT BENZOS!!!!!!!!!!! WOW! AS TIME GOES!!!!!
I wanted to let you know that I feel functional but I am not cured.

Insomnia: I sleep 4 hours straight almost every day. Sometimes I reach 5 hours in a row (when I go to the gym in particular). Very few days I sleep 3 hours straight.
Memory: My memory improved, my general cognition improved, I am doing quite well in college (compared to previous years).
Skin: My skin also continues to improve.
Anxiety: I still have it but to a lesser extent.

I drink a single cup of tea (approximately 100-150 ml) throughout the day, I don't add sugar. I have a flexible diet. I haven't drunk alcohol since New Year's, nor have I smoked since New Year's.
I go out with friends, friends are returning to my life, my social life too, everything is returning to normal little by little.
I am not cured, but I feel functional currently.
I think the healing is approximately 3-4-5 years, maybe 6 years too.

In short, I feel functional

You have right, it needs more time than we expect..

I was perfect for 8 months straight from 20 to 28 months, and I thought that I'm completely healed, I was sleeping 8/9 hours, anxiety/ocd dropped completely, I was studying, working, going out, I was enjoying more than ever in my life, and one stress recently caused me a new setback. Now I'm at my 30 month, it's not that intensively bad like the first setbacks, but I feel that it needs more time ...

I'm sure that all of us will reach our best versions of ourselves.

The best is yet to come!!!❤️
