Do you have "unable to relax" feeling?

This is seperate from anxiety,fear and akathesis.

It is just like i'm always so awake with extreme stress and can't really relax, rest and take a deep breathe. I just wanna sit and relax like I used to.

Yes. It is i think very comon. Don’t worry it will pass. I was fully awake. Like alarm state in body. It was torture. But it passed And now i can relax like before benzo!

If anyone has not experienced this during WD, I would be very surprised.  It is separate from AKA/fear...maybe a different level of anxiety, though.  I do think it's more in the realm of anxiety...just showing up slightly different in contrast to more severe states we have found ourselves in.
