It’s the thoughts that are telling you this. The real you will strive to find balance again. When times are rough, it’s very hard not to buy into what has been termed ‘benzo lies’. I actually at times yelled at my symptoms and dared them to hang around, that I could and would live with them until they lost interest in me and disappeared.
