Does anyone going through withdrawal don’t care as much how they look

I find taking care of yourself is important during withdrawal. When we are in withdrawal we loose interest in things we had interest in before. I see changes in my appearance such as hair color and texture and skin changes. I have a shower daily and put on deodorant so I smell and look ok for my own benefit. I feel better when I am clean. Even though I do not feel like doing that. I think it is normal to feel this way during withdrawal. 

Thanks for your reply @[En...] yes I totally agree, I too feel better when I’m clean and showered daily but sometimes it’s a real struggle to get there but I push myself, hope your going well with your tapering
