Feel like my foots broken after jogging

Hey dudes. I can ride a stationary bike for 15 mins at times now without stopping.

 

Dabbled in jogging. I suck at it but try. Doing it poorly/better than before though and more consistent. My left foot is hurting like a 3/10 pain scale. I noticed when I tried to pop a toe pushing it backwards felt almost like it was broken kind of pain.

Seeing a doctor might be a good idea. I often visit fitness connection, and they have a nurse on-site who helps assess if any exercising trauma is serious or not. It’s really helpful to get that kind of feedback and guidance right there. If you’re concerned about any injuries or need a professional opinion, it might be worth checking with them or finding a similar resource

While it's great that you're able to ride a stationary bike, the discomfort in your left foot is concerning.
