What is your experience with rumination? Did it settle ?

Yes my ocd was soo bad I was looping constantly and felt like I was gonna be stuck with it forever but it went away

When did it go away once you were completely off ?

For me the majority of it lasted 6 months but I did have another episode this month that only lasted a week and it wasnt as severe as my acute phase

I have had ruminating thoughts but I have never struggled with severe and constant ruminating thoughts that I can't get to stop. It's been 2.5 weeks, but it has gotten more bearable. You're not alone. It will get better.
