Doctor won't rx me more temazepam. I only have 18 days worth of temazepam capsules- how to taper that fast? (I know it's not recommended).

Did you try either of techniques suggested on your other Taper Strategies thread?  If so, with what results?

I haven't tried any taper yet.  The taper linked above I didn't complete.
