Anhedonia and fragile brain

I can't feel emotions I'm 23 months out. 

My brain cannot process a little bit of stress also. 

I feel hopeless. I have lost.

Mine also...and I'm 30 months. 

I had an amazing window of 8 months straight, and thought I'm healed...and now I'm in the same sh*t, for every nice emotion I'm numb. I can feel only hopeless, boring obsessions, intrusive thoughts, sadness, emptiness...

I'm asking myself if the hot weather maybe is causing me this and the quit magnesium supplements on which I was for years....

Something happened with me from this May..

We will be better...I'm praying every second for all of us.

Give you all my best wishes, can relate with the obsessions and intrusive thoughts, also with the emptiness...

I can't say I am anhedonic but algo going through a very dark place. Im still tapering the substance.

Hope all of you can get some relief and confort as the time pass. It may take some time but probably thing tend to be better in the longer term.

it can turn any time now . Many heal around 23-24 months .Its very common . Calm down much as you can . Be patient with yourself . Your body has worked so hard for you .❤️
