Feel like I’m breaking down

6 mos into this wave I’m feeling increasingly unable to function.  I don’t understand. Now becoming afraid to go anywhere or do anything. Husb is angry. The overwhelm is taking over my life. This is healing???  Support needed please…

Have you spoken to a coach? You might find speaking with someone healed has better insight and can offer more than those of us also suffering.

Jennifer Leigh is wonderful and Jennifer Swantowski (jenswanphd on YouTube) is now seeing a small number of people.

I’ve talked to coaches. Jenn Leigh was kind and reassuring. Baylissa also.

I'm sorry to hear how hard this in. We had to get all the support could access as don't know if would have got through alone. Luckily my husband has a good 12 step recovery also. But needed and continue with mental health team input post inpatient (was in hospital 19 days).

I would see if can get respite, but you need to focus on your recovery and emotional health.

Sending healing thoughts.

Did you start feeling better so you agreed to go out? Or did going our cause you to start feeling better because it served as a distraction and made you feel good that you didn't let these symptoms hold you back?
