Is there anyone there, I’m not doing well my husband is at the pub and I’m alone and scared .  I’m living in another world , I don’t feel I’m going to be ok and my mind has completely hyjacked my whole life . I’ve been drug free for 3 years I’m so sad this has happened to me , I just cannot get back to myself

Please call someone if you have, friends, relatives to be with you or you to go there for some period.

I think the reason for your setback or just bad state,  is a toxic environment.

Sorry, but how your husband can go in a pub while you're suffering?

For what he is your husband? For you to raise 4 kids, to clean and cook? Sorry, but even a person with no benzo history will develop a one with that environment.

Please do something with that, that's your problem by me, don't start again with pills after 3 years being off, please!!!
