No sleep

I cannot sleep at all. My tinnitus is all time high. I did all the right things- good diet, exercise, yoga, meditation, holistic treatments. Still nothing is getting better.

Do you sleep in silence? Perhaps white noise, low volume mellow music, or TV show playing in background can help?

@[Sc...], all those things will not erase withdrawal symptoms or speed up recovery. Only time will do that. That doesn't mean those things were a waste. A healthy mind and body is very important. It is also possible that your symptoms would be even more severe and you would be even less capable of coping had you not utilized those practices.
