Can supplements help anhedonia ?

Hi guys in 2 weeks I'll be  9 months out. can supplements help with anhedonia ? Lately my anhedonia is getting worse... will this lift ? How long did yours take ?

It may be worth speaking to your doctor if possible, if nothing is helping. 

Sunlight, vitamin d, fresh air, food, water and mood boosting things. Lack of nutritional/vitamins can cause worse symptoms.

I am sure it will lift in due time. Try not to hyper focus on each individual symptom and go looking for quick fix solutions. While some symptoms do have ways to be alleviated, most will only get better with time.

In a haste to take "something...anything!" one can find themselves constantly trying things that are revving up their cns, which desperately needs a break.

Anhedonia is a mental symptom. Any supplement that can affect it in a meaningful way might have unwanted side effects or cause bad reactions. 

If anyone has found anything that works for anhedonia (during withdrawal specifically) I would like to hear from them as well.
