I don’t feel myself and I feel so bad since June last year. Tried 2 tappers already, been 12 weeks off. I think my head is going to explode. I have anxiety, tremors, and sometimes I just feel like I’m going to die… am I mess up for life, right? I don’t trust in recovery anymore. I need to live like this forever right? And I can’t I can’t be unhappy forever. Maybe I need the meds to be ok… I’m really bad today
