Ativan taper/ symptoms short term use

I am currently at 1.5 mg of ativan. I dose 3 times a day (.5, .5 & .5). I have stopped having alot of wd symptoms that i was having however I am noticing after my last dose of the night i get a sick feeling. nausea, headache, restlessness.. this all lasts for an hour- 2 hours. does that mean it is time to make the next cut? i am still unsure if i want to drop by .5 again or if i should start dropping by .25
