I know I have read many people who feel sudden waves that feel like being in acute again out of nowhere, and that is what I have had today. I often got waves coming up to my period, which is no doubt coming in the next few days to a week, but I had a rapid cycling of symptoms starting mid-morning and this has increased into a far more intense feeling by this evening... something like I haven't experienced in such a long time!
