Is it possible a setback at two and half years off???

Please for some support and similar experiences experiencing kind of setback in long-term being off.

I'm two and half years off, I didn't take any other drug, alcohol, cannabis, anything else, neither supplements for all this time, except teas...

A last one I'm taking is St John's wort for one month..

Is it protracted to be completely good for nearly one year and to get setback in your 30 month?

Or this could be my natural me being anxious and obsessed as many other people who were never on benzoses.

Maybe is not rational to expect always to feel stable and good and this is how other people also feel in some periods of their life?

I had change my job btw and I'm very lonely at work.

I've heard people mention St Johns Wort as something to avoid. It could possibly be that. I'm not certain of that of course. You could mabey search it on here and ask advice from someone who has had a setback from such things.

It’s a setback and yes you know the feeling of withdrawal , this does happen after years off
