Update- 2 days completely off

Hello, so a little less then 2 months ago I was at 2mg daily for almost 3 years. In about a 3 week span I dropped down to 1mg. Then in another 3 week span I dropped completely off. Taper method was .5mg for two weeks. Then .125 for 1 week. Then jumped. It’s  been 2 days since I haven’t taken any.
 

The biggest issues for me has been the brain fog is absolutely awful. If you ever did mdma when you were younger and know what a the brain fog is like in an mdma comedown picture that- but a lot stronger and lasting longer. 
 

The brain fog has gotten worse on every drop. Appetite has been really bad. Insomnia has been pretty bad since dropping to .125mg and then completely off. libido has been all over the map still. I was reading some articles about benzos and I was pretty shocked to see how much they can wreck havoc on your endocrinologist system if you’re on them long term.
