Worst in the morning?

Worst in the morning? I feel that every day I wake up so so bad and during the day it gets slightly better. 
 

anyone feels the same? any idea why?

I have that for a couple weeks after every dose drop,.it got a lot better this time after a long hold though,I wake up without the jitters

I’ve been benzo free over 4years. I wake each morning at 5:00 telling myself, it will go away in a couple of hours. And it does . I had three really great months and now i’m back in a wave with fatigue and anxiety.  music60

Your cortisol levels are highest in the mornings and many experience ‘toxic mornings’.

Try to eat oatmeal as soon as you get up also to balance your sugar levels and satisfy your gut. Don’t loll around in bed but instead try to have a schedule: eat, shower, go for a walk and etc.

Also 3 huge exhales when you 1st awake to get rid of stored carbon dioxide from the night and 3 glasses of water before anything else.

1 day this will also go away.
