Stabbing, pulling pain in shoulders

I have weird muscle aches almost like a painful tingly sensation in my shoulders and tight neck, is anyone going through this ?

Hello @[An...],

One of the qualities of benzos is that they are super efficient muscle relaxers. When reducing or stopping them, the muscles have to learn to relax naturally, without chemical intervention.

I did experience very tight muscles while withdrawing and recovering. There was no magic bullet to stop this from happening but some things helped. I used heat, gentle stretching and biofreeze (a non drug topical). Many people find epsom salt baths to help as well. The most important thing I did was to try to keep the muscles from seizing up through movement. 

Our neck and shoulder area carry a big burden of stress and tension normally. I see you have a birthday celebration coming up. Perhaps your worry about your dose reduction is causing this tension. Why not try some breathing exercises or meditation as well.
