Excruciating nights: compulsions and intrusive thoughts

Hello everybody. Right now I'm in the middle of my tapering of benzos. I would like to ask to the people how they manage to deal with mental symptoms of the withdrawal such as obsessive and compulsive thoughs. That part is really killing me in the nights. Any suggestion?
