is it me or does has anyone else notice how quickly you get caught up consumed in this nasty drug that it takes away your reality of time a whole month has gone and I can't even remember since coming out of hospital in may after the last CT

TIme has indeed become harder for me to measure; a journal or log has helped me in my journey. 

I enjoyed this quote:  "Time cannot be measured in days the way money is measured in pesos and centavos, because all pesos are equal, while every day and perhaps every hour, is different."

While I have lost some memories since May (May was my taper & sober month as it is today), I have also gained some. I am confident the memory fog will go away. Today I had the annoying pinky finger and pinky toe nerve feeling, but it did not last as long as two weeks ago.

Your window will arrive eventually. They do for me. It use to be day 1 I felt good, day 2 I felt terrible. 

Now I am not sure, so I presume I am on the road to being myself again. 

You will be there eventually too. My taper was only 1.5 weeks. Not nearly long enough, and yet it is what I will overcome. Every wave and every day is a challenge.

One day ago I thought my new landlord could potentially be a cannibal. Now I am shaking my head at that crazy thought. Two weeks ago I thought I would never get a job, now I am waiting for a background check. 

5 weeks ago, my stool was not brown. 

TIme varies for everyone, but I know we will get there hel. That I am certain.
