Thanks @[li...], I was hoping it was the .060, that would mean you're almost done.  

Is there a reason you're interested in reducing daily?  I didn't taper but I've read some members say that when they cut every day, this doesn't give their body time to clear the symptoms and after awhile, they get hit with intense ones, they kind of stack up.  I'm probably not explaining this correctly.  I know some do very well with daily reductions, others not so much.

Some members will jump at .050 but still others will go even lower, it depends on how you're feeling.

I microtaper valium everyday. Right now it adds up to a mg a month. I am at 13 mgs so still under ten percent a month.

I'm always confused by tapering, but why are you confused?

I guess I was confusing my clonazepam dose which is .25mg so as I was weighing my pill I kept thinking it was mg.  But  I realized that its two different things.  Weight of the pill  and mg is active ingredient in the pills correct?
