Compounding ??

Any Compounding Buddies out there? I need input. When using pharmacy compounding taper, how do you know if your doses are consistent daily? I shake bottle before using set syringe amount. Question is..does the drug amount stay consistant or does it settle and your doses go up and down. One day I will be semi ok then next awful. Is that med dose differences or just flat out WDs up and down??? I know what I'm asking but not sure it's communicating right.???
