My brain is overstimulated by everything. Being alive is a torture

How can I get through this? I can't relax at all. I cant sleep. It is hard to tolerate light and sound.

 

The electricity ls tortouring me. My head feels like it is a pop corn machine.

 

How could some people have emotional symptoms only? My brain is physically punishing me.

I have mostly mental/emotional symptoms and my brain is punishing me too. It's all bad, and I often wish I had more pysical symptoms than emotional. In my opinion though it wouldn't make it any better. We think the grass is greener on the other side but the truth is, It's all punishing. I just aim for the end of each day. Minute by minute. eventually it will let up.
